Overview

CDL Profit ("the App") is a mobile application designed for owner-operator truck drivers to calculate per-load profit, save load history, and view earnings dashboards. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.

Data We Collect

Data You Enter

All load data you enter (origin, destination, load pay, fuel cost, miles driven, notes) is stored locally on your device only using an on-device SQLite database. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. We do not have access to it.

Data Collected by Third Parties

The App uses the following third-party service:

• Google AdMob — Used to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. This data is collected and processed by Google according to Google's Privacy Policy.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
• We do not require account creation or sign-in
• We do not collect location data
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs beyond AdMob

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted. We have no ability to recover this data.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
